Responsibilities
• Lead the solution architecture of user-centric digital services from concept to delivery.
• Develop and communicate the overall architectural plan and vision for projects.
• Guide agile product teams in the iterative implementation of digital solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, including conducting code reviews and contributing to development.
• Coach and mentor developers and other technical team members to foster growth.
• Create and present architectural plans and designs to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Identify opportunities to leverage common components to accelerate service delivery.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional agile teams and providing architectural direction.
• 5+ years of experience as a software architect designing enterprise-scale solutions.
• 4+ years of experience defining solution architecture for large-scale systems and integrations.
• 2+ years of experience working with teams applying UX, service design, or human-centered design.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to any audience.
