You will work in a coordinator capacity, receiving clear instructions to help manage the evolving needs for digital assets, primarily focusing on metadata and tagging. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating within a DAM environment, ensuring asset quality, removing duplicates, and maintaining an organized library.
This is an estimated two-month contract, with potential to extend based on project needs. And it requires the talent to be located in the Greater Toronto Area for in-person onboarding and possible subsequent hybrid work.

Responsibilities
• Support the clean-up and organization of a large product image library within a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
• Execute high-volume metadata tagging and review of digital assets to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Review existing assets for quality, format compliance, and eliminate duplicate files.
• Maintain an organized and streamlined DAM environment, ensuring assets are easily searchable and accessible.
• Collaborate with the team lead and other partners, providing clear updates on progress and status.
• Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, working within 44 hours per week.
Qualifications
• Experience in Digital Asset Management: 2–3 years of experience in digital asset management, or content archiving (internship experience is acceptable).
○ Must-Have: Hands-on experience working with any Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform.
○ Nice-to-Have: Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) DAM.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Technical Skills:
○ Basic understanding of file formats (e.g., JPG, PNG, PDF, MP4, TIF) and metadata tagging.
○ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
○ Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud is a strong asset.
• Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, comfort working with large volumes of digital files, good communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
