Responsibilities
Digital Design & Publishing: Design, layout, and publish engaging content on the official social intranet homepage, ensuring a premium user experience.
Editorial Management: Own the weekly editorial calendar, coordinating with various departments to ensure a consistent flow of relevant information.
Content Strategy: Proactively seek out and promote stories that align with the business's core values, culture, and strategic priorities.
Cross-Functional Liaison: Build networks and collaborate with communications colleagues and internal contributors across multiple geographies to source and refine content.
Multi-Media Integration: Utilize your design skills to create dynamic content; potential opportunities to incorporate video and other rich media to enhance story engagement.
Qualifications
Technical Proficiency: Advanced experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and a strong command of CSS and HTML.
Design Expertise: Professional experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop) and tools like Canva to produce high-quality digital assets.
Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written English skills are required to converse with stakeholders at all levels of the firm.
Education: University degree in Communications, Digital Design, Marketing, or a related field.
Soft Skills: Proven ability to build strong working relationships quickly and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Language (Asset): Proficiency in French is considered a definite asset but is not mandatory.
Portfolio: Strong candidates will be able to demonstrate their layout and design capabilities through work samples or a digital portfolio.
