Responsibilities
1. Brand & Creative Strategy
Identity Stewardship: Act as a guardian of the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
Innovation: Transform marketing objectives into high-impact creative concepts, contributing original ideas during brainstorms and campaign planning.
2. Digital Execution (Web & Email)
Content Optimization: Design and optimize assets for websites, landing pages, digital ads, and social media.
Platform Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for Shopify-related design tasks.
User-Centric Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all digital assets meet UI/UX and accessibility standards.
3. Sales & Marketing Support
Collateral Development: Create high-quality sales materials including product slide decks, spec sheets, and trade show assets.
Packaging: Manage the end-to-end design process for product packaging, from initial concept to production-ready files.
Global Localization: Adapt and localize creative assets to suit various international markets and regional campaigns.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Internal Support: Partner with R&D, Sales, and CX teams to produce training materials, internal communications, and product launch assets.
Asset Management: Maintain and organize the internal image and creative asset library to ensure team-wide accessibility.
Qualifications
Core Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (portfolio required).
Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator and Photoshop) and Figma.
Design Expertise: Exceptional skills in layout, typography, and visual communication.
Workflow Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital design workflows, coupled with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Communication: Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English is required. You must be able to communicate reliably in job-related conversations (spoken/verbal) and utilize translation tools for reading/writing as needed.
Soft Skills: A self-motivated, "team-first" attitude with the ability to manage multiple overlapping tasks.
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):
Working knowledge of print design workflows and packaging design.
Experience creating 3D photorealistic renderings.
Familiarity with UI/UX principles for web or app design.
