This is a dynamic opportunity to be the execution expert behind critical customer communications and advertising within digital channels. You will leverage your deep technical skills to design, develop, and deliver flawless digital campaigns, playing a pivotal role in the customer journey for digital engagement and sales initiatives.
As the Manager, Digital Messaging & Campaign Execution, you will be the primary technical resource for developing and executing high-volume digital campaigns across authenticated digital channels (like mobile banking and online platforms) and email. You will work closely with Journey Managers and marketing partners to translate strategy into pixel-perfect customer experiences. Your expertise in front-end development is essential, ensuring all customer-facing messaging adheres to global best practices, brand standards, and compliance regulations. This role requires exceptional attention to detail to ensure every communication is technically sound and visually impeccable.
This is a 12-month contract role, you will work onsite at our client's office in Toronto 4 days per week.

Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Development & Execution: Design, develop, and launch digital campaign creative, focusing on large-scale email marketing and authenticated channel campaigns using modern web technologies like HTML and CSS.
Technical Expertise & Support: Act as the subject matter expert on digital design principles and front-end code, troubleshooting problematic code from external vendors and providing technical guidance to partners.
Quality Assurance & Personalization: Configure dynamic content elements for personalized campaigns at scale, and perform rigorous initial QA on campaigns to ensure functional logic and correct rendering across various platforms.
Process Management: Execute and adhere to strict quality control procedures and workback schedules. Proactively manage lead times and deliverables with marketing partners to ensure timely execution.
Best Practices & Compliance: Conduct competitive research to identify best practices for coding architecture and user experiences. Monitor and ensure all campaigns comply with relevant anti-spam and privacy regulations.
Asset Management: Use design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Figma, and Sketch for any necessary, last-minute art file adjustments.
Qualifications
Development Experience: Proven experience in a Front-End Developer or similar execution-focused technical role.
Core Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Digital Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of email/web development principles and best practices.
Tool Familiarity: Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) is a plus, as is experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Key Competencies: Excellent problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail. Strong collaboration and communication abilities for working effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
