Responsibilities
- Building e-retailer relationships, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), scoping projects, and managing content delivery across digital Risk mitigation – complying with agreed processes to ensure failsafe quality, compliance and cost tracking
- Assist with onboarding and paperwork processes for external vendors - MSAs, SOWs, Info Sec reviews
-Assign individual resource responsibilities, help identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
- Recognizing problems and potential problems affecting project deadlines and takes necessary corrective action
- Communicating project details to stakeholders within each of the brand organizations
- Work with Brand Marketers and agencies to gather requirements for the new Marketing content roadmaps, relationship marketing planning or multi-channel marketing campaigns and deliver requirements to the leadership team
- Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical team members working teams and senior management
- Assist project team working with client/business units to determine project requirements, timelines and potential budgets, resource availability, risk and potential solutions
- Project manages development and production of digital product
Partnering with both the Product Management and Service Delivery teams within Commercial Digital Solutions other Lines of Business and other functional areas
- Identify interdependencies within the project
- Identify risk areas and know appropriate escalation path
- Follow PMO project management methodology
- Develop the project scope statements for each project and manage it throughout the project
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the projects
Qualifications
Top Skills: 1. 7-10 years of professional experience (including 4+ years in a digital agency), solid project management best practices, and a history of successful marketing campaign execution. certifications required by the position: One of these - PMP, PMI, CSM, SCRUM, ACP, II, PRINCE, MBA, QA, PSM; 2. Desired experience for digital project manager includes: Must be an efficient and decisive decision maker Solid understanding of content management systems with Jira and Confluence experience preferred Working in consumer based web and mobile environments preferred
