Responsibilities
Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept:
Be the Architect: Interpret complex blueprints, maps, and specifications to meticulously plan and execute drilling operations.
Command the Machine: Take the helm of heavy, computer-controlled equipment, including boring machines and hydraulic pumping systems, with a steady hand and expert precision.
Lead the Way: Direct your rig crew in the seamless setup, drilling, and completion of oil and gas wells, ensuring every operation is a success.
Stay Prepared: Conduct thorough pre-operational checks, perform minor repairs, and maintain equipment with a keen eye for detail—including cleaning, lubricating, and refilling tanks.
Communicate Clearly: Utilize two-way radios and other communication equipment to ensure a safe and efficient workflow.
Document Everything: Meticulously complete all onboard and other required logs to ensure accurate record-keeping.
Safety First: Understand and apply the information found on Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and follow all safety protocols to protect yourself and your team.
Qualifications
Do You Have What It Takes?
Credentials are Key: You must hold a valid Driver's License
Specialized Knowledge: 5 years of experience
Hands-On Experience: Proven experience operating boring machines is required.
Work locations may vary. Frequent or constant travel is required from the employee.
