Responsibilities
- Direct and guide various operational teams including production, purchasing, installation, and service, ensuring accountability.
- Cultivate a positive work environment through effective communication, coaching, and proactive problem-solving.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving complex production and installation challenges, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Authorize all vendor purchase orders for materials and services, demonstrating strong financial acumen.
- Approve final work orders and project close-out documentation for invoicing related to installation and service projects.
- Participate actively in company leadership meetings, contributing to strategic operational planning and objective setting.
- Collaborate with management to implement process enhancements that boost departmental productivity and efficiency.
- Oversee budgeting and financial aspects of operations, working closely with ownership to ensure cost-effective production.
- Foster robust relationships with key agents and vendors for national installations and raw material procurement.
- Contribute to maximizing production capacity, overcoming constraints, and forecasting resource requirements to align with sales projections.

Qualifications
- Possess a post-secondary degree in a business-related discipline such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.
- Bring 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in executive management or operations roles within a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of developing and executing strategic business plans and policies.
- Exhibit strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and manage extensive cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting, with a focus on achieving company gross profit margins.
- Possess an in-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and operations, with experience in implementing continuous improvement methodologies.
