As the Director of Operations, you will manage 5 direct functional leaders and approximately 50 indirect reports.
Your primary focus will be:
*Process Reengineering: Lead the charge in continuous improvement and Lean initiatives to improve customer experience and production efficiency.
*Performance Engineering: Establish and monitor SMART KPIs and operational metrics to drive a high-performing, accountable culture.
*Supply Chain Resilience: Direct the supply chain and procurement teams to ensure seamless material flow, optimized OTD, and robust vendor metrics.
*P&L & Productivity: Evaluate financial statements and performance data to identify cost-reduction opportunities and program enhancements.
Qualifications
We are seeking a "Player-Coach"—a leader who possesses a strategic mindset but is not afraid to dive into the details to ensure execution.
Industry Expertise: Proven leadership experience specifically within the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) or PCB Assembly sector is essential.
Technical Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics preferred) or Business Administration; an MBA is considered a significant asset.
Leadership Breadth: 10+ years of progressive experience, with a deep understanding of Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing functions.
Operational Excellence: Strong familiarity with ERP systems and data analysis; Lean Six Sigma certification is highly desirable.
