Reporting to the Senior Director, Organizational Effectiveness, the Director, Organizational Effectiveness will play a critical role on an Organization Effectiveness project, and will support other OE asks/projects when capacity allows. The successful candidate will bring a strong blend of strategic thinking, structured problem solving, and execution excellence, with the ability to navigate complexity and influence at all levels.

Responsibilities
Overall
Work with colleagues across HR, the business, and senior leadership as part of a fast-paced and high-performing project team to drive organizational performance and enable organizational
effectiveness outcomes.
Leverage data and insights to inform decision-making.
Build and manage relationships with HRBPs, Senior Executives, and cross-functional partners on the project to define work required, provide recommendations, and deliver OE solutions.
Change Management
Design and deliver end-to-end change management strategies for a large scale transformation initiatives.
Develop and execute change plans including stakeholder engagement, and communications.
Support leaders in navigating change and driving sustained behavioural shifts.
Organizational Design & Workforce Transformation
Lead and support an organization design initiatives aligned to business strategy, including
operating model design and workforce planning.
Be able to conduct org design consultation conversations with Business Leaders undertaking operating model and org structure changes.
Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to assess organizational effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve ways of working.
Project Delivery
Lead org effectiveness related deliverables.
Deliver recommendations to an actionable level of detail.
Monitor progress, manage risks, and adapt approaches to deliver outcomes in changing environments.
Qualifications
Strong PowerPoint skills
5+ years of experience in organizational effectiveness, organization design, change management, transformation, strategy, or management consulting (FSI experience is an asset)
Ability to advise senior leaders and implement programs in all areas of organizational effectiveness.
Proven experience to successfully effect change in a matrix organization and ability to manage the successfully transition from current to future state.
Consulting toolkit with the ability to work and think strategically.
Experience in breaking ambiguous problems into component parts, identifying logical methods to solve them and assessing business opportunities and impact.
Ability to facilitate complex problem-solving sessions with varied stakeholders groups to drive to solutions.
Strong communication, presentation and storytelling skills (oral and written) with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely to senior audiences, leveraging PowerPoint.
