Responsibilities
Provide daily direction to the shipping team, setting clear priorities and ensuring a productive, high-energy workflow.
Oversee the entire outbound cycle, including order prep, staging, dock scheduling, and carrier relations to guarantee on-time delivery.
Act as a "working team lead," stepping in to support the team during peak volumes or staffing shortages to maintain momentum.
Continuously evaluate warehouse layout and shipping procedures to drive improvements in space utilization and efficiency.
Investigate and resolve member shipping issues promptly to maintain the highest levels of service and satisfaction.
Qualifications
1–3 years of Team Lead experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
Licensed and experienced in operating forklifts, reach trucks, stock pickers, and power walkies.
Skilled in computerized order processing.
Ability to effectively direct, coach, and motivate a team while maintaining a professional and cohesive atmosphere
