• Driving sales growth across multiple sectors: pharmaceutical, manufacturing, healthcare, data centers, and commercial/industrial clients.
• Developing and implementing territory-specific sales plans to exceed annual revenue targets.
• Building and nurturing deep client relationships while actively identifying new business development opportunities.
• Conducting ongoing market research to maintain a competitive edge and stay informed on HVAC and air filtration innovations.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction within the manufacturing & logistics chain.
• Representing the brand at industry events and trade shows across British Columbia.
Qualifications
• 3–5 years of proven success in B2B sales, territory management, or business development.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a consistent history of exceeding sales targets.
• Professional communication and presentation abilities for technical and corporate audiences.
• Background in HVAC, air filtration, or technical manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Strategic "hunter" mindset with the ability to work independently in the Vancouver market.
• Proficiency in CRM software and market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and a passport for required training in the USA.
• Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related technical field.
