Responsibilities
Accurately locate and pick items from inventory based on order specifications and ensure correct quantities
Carefully pack products into boxes or containers, ensuring they are secure and protected for shipment
Use a scanner and/or headset to track inventory levels and update order statuses
Perform quality control duties to ensure products meet company standards before shipping
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols
Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily order fulfillment targets and address any challenges that arise
Assist with other duties as assigned by management to support warehouse operations
Qualifications
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, such as scanners and headsets
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
