Unlike high-rack storage roles, this position focuses on the dynamic movement of freight on the loading dock. As a vital part of our logistics team, you will be responsible for the swift and safe loading and unloading of trailers, staging pallets for shipment, and ensuring the dock area remains fluid and organized. You will work a consistent, stable Monday to Friday schedule starting at 7:00 AM, allowing you to enjoy your evenings and weekends free. We are offering a competitive wage of $21.00 to $22.00 per hour, paid weekly.

Responsibilities
Safely operate a Dock Stocker (Stand-Up Counterbalance) to efficiently load and unload transport trailers.
Stage and organize freight on the dock floor to ensure rapid outbound processing and accurate inbound receiving.
Verify goods using manual pick list, ensuring all product codes and quantities match shipping manifests.
Conduct daily pre-shift equipment checks (PDI) and report any mechanical issues or safety hazards immediately.
Assist with manual handling duties when required, including wrapping pallets and keeping the dock area clean and debris-free.
Qualifications
Current Dock Stocker / Stand-Up Counterbalance license is mandatory.
Minimum 1-2 years of recent experience operating a Dock Stocker in a warehouse or cross-dock setting.
Must have a personal vehicle to commute to Balzac/Rocky View, AB (Note: This location is not transit-accessible).
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical warehouse duties.
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
