Want to lock down a job that actually gives you Friday and Saturday off? Randstad Canada is hunting for skilled Dock Stocker Operators to help us launch a massive, brand-new distribution center. Paying $21.00 an hour, this is your chance to ditch the unpredictable short-term contracts and claim a stable, long-term spot on our afternoon crew.
...
Because this is a brand-new, state-of-the-art building, you won't be walking into someone else's mess. You’ll be part of the founding team setting the standard for a safe, clean, and highly organized dock. If you know your way around a Dock Stocker, take safety seriously, and want a reliable home that respects your time outside of work, we want you in the driver's seat.
Advantages
$21.00/hour with consistent weekly pay.
Work Sunday to Thursday (3:45 PM – 12:00 Midnight). Enjoy your weekends!
Work with the latest equipment in a bright, clean, and modern building.
This is a stable, ongoing role with a global leader—not just a quick contract.
Be one of the first people hired at this site, with plenty of room to grow.
Responsibilities
Safely operate a Dock Stocker forklift to load and unload inbound and outbound trailers.
Move pallets from the busy shipping dock to designated staging areas or storage bays.
Use handheld RF scanners to track inventory and make sure all freight is accounted for.
Help the founding team organize the warehouse layout and establish smooth dock workflows.
Perform quick, daily safety checks on your machine before your shift starts.
Qualifications
Valid Forklift Ticket: Must have a current certification that covers the Dock Stocker.
At least 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience operating a Dock Stocker in a fast-paced environment.
Must own and wear CSA-approved steel-toed boots.
Comfortable working an active 8-hour shift on your feet and on the machine.
Ready to commit to a steady Sunday-to-Thursday afternoon schedule.
