Command the Equipment: Safely operate a Dock Stocker forklift to swiftly load and unload trailers.
Command Freight Movement: Transport pallets and organize stock efficiently across the entire dock area.

Certified Expert: Holds a valid, current Dock Stocker forklift ticket.
Independent Commuter: Owns and drives a reliable personal vehicle to access our Balzac facility.

Shift & Compensation Overview
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday (7:00 AM start time) – Enjoy every Friday night and Saturday off!

Responsibilities
Operate Dock Stocker forklifts safely and efficiently to load/unload inbound and outbound trailers.
Transferred pallets from fast-paced shipping docks to designated staging areas and storage bays.
Utilized handheld RF scanners to ensure 100% accuracy in inventory tracking and freight management.
Collaborated directly with the founding team to design efficient warehouse layouts and establish seamless workflows.
Qualifications
Certification: Must hold a valid, current certification for a Dock Stocker or equivalent Stand-up Forklift.
Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience operating a Dock Stocker in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Safety Gear: Required to own and wear CSA-approved steel-toed safety boots.
Physical Demands: Comfortable maintaining high energy through an active 8-hour shift involving both walking and operating machinery.
Availability: Fully committed to a consistent Sunday-to-Thursday afternoon schedule.
