What we need from you:
Deep Freight Roots: Solid background in LTL and FTL procedures is non-negotiable.
MHE Expertise: Proven experience operating a Counterbalance forklift in tight, fast-moving environments.
The Drive: You’re physically active, safety-conscious, and ready to move weight.

Responsibilities
Safely load, unload, and stage both LTL and FTL freight for daily dispatch.
Jump on the Sit-Down Counterbalance forklift to move pallets quickly and safely across the dock.
Hand-bomb and stack boxes weighing up to 50 lbs as needed to build solid, secure pallets for transport.
Manage cross-docking workflows to keep up with tight transportation schedules.
Use handheld RF scanners to accurately track inbound and outbound shipments.
Qualifications
1+ years of experience specifically in a transportation, freight, or cross-dock environment.
Must have a strong, proven background handling LTL and FTL procedures.
Valid Counterbalance Forklift certification or strong, verifiable experience.
Must have your own reliable car (this location is NOT transit accessible).
Ready to start immediately on either the day or overnight shift.
