Responsibilities
Serve as the frontline operational liaison for clients submitting ad-hoc print jobs via the W2P Central storefront.
Advise on specifications, design optimizations, and print routing strategies to reduce costs and turnaround time.
Monitor job intake, routing, production, and delivery, using platform dashboards and direct PSP/vendor communication.
Ensure jobs are executed correctly, tracked in real-time, and closed with proper documentation (including invoice, proof of delivery, and SLA data).
Manage exceptions, reprints, urgent escalations, and route adjustments in coordination with Delivery Operations and Core Engineering.
Coordinate third-party PSPs, ensuring jobs are delivered per SLA and that service quality is aligned with company standards.
Log, report, and analyze platform usage patterns, SLA performance, and cost-saving opportunities.
Support onboarding of new client users, acting as the “power user” of the storefront on the client’s behalf.
Serve as a client advocate, translating business requirements into job parameters and fulfillment actions.
Support audit trail completion and inventory/archival processes for regulated clients (e.g., financial services, healthcare).
Participate in quality reviews, performance reviews, and platform enhancement discussions.
Qualifications
Essential Experience & Skills
At least 5 years in the print industry, preferably across digital, litho, and direct mail workflows.
Deep understanding of print production and multi-vendor sourcing environments.
Experience using Web-to-Print platforms, ideally PrintGizmo, DHCPS W2P, or equivalent (XMPie, WebCRD, etc).
Experience working with Print MIS tools and invoicing systems (ie. SAP).
Strong project management and coordination skills.
Customer relationship and stakeholder communication experience.
Ability to thrive in high-velocity, ad-hoc request environments.
Strong attention to detail, especially with regard to data, document integrity, and brand compliance.
Working knowledge of tax compliance for printed communications (a plus).
Ability to manage multiple concurrent requests and shift priorities quickly.
Lift 50 lbs, and be able to walk, climb ladders and measure locations for production.
Personal Characteristics
Resourceful, proactive, and service-driven.
Able to build strong working relationships across client and teams.
Strong communicator – written, visual, and verbal.
