Responsibilities
Document Expertise: Monitor, prioritize, and process incoming mortgage loan document packages with high accuracy.
Workflow Management: Manage multiple shared mailboxes and stay on top of various client procedures and service level agreements.
Problem Solving: Identify data or document discrepancies and elevate them to clients or management to prevent transactional delays.
Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and support the team by providing precise responses based on client requirements.
Administrative Support: Assist with scanning and processing physical mail as required.
Process Improvement: Take ownership of files by recognizing trends and identifying areas for process enhancement to improve the customer experience.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 6 months of admin and customer service-related experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and the ability to quickly learn internal software systems.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on high-quality service.
Precision: Thorough and accurate in a fast-paced environment; able to maintain focus while producing high-volume work.
Discretion: Ability to exercise good judgment and maintain the highest level of confidentiality with sensitive information.
