Responsibilities
Handle and process Bills of Lading for shipments
Communicate directly with third-party carriers to resolve delivery issues
Assist customers with shipment concerns, including late deliveries and carrier-related problems
Manage incoming customer inquiries via email and ticketing system (CTC system)
Investigate and provide timely resolutions by working with carriers and warehouses
Follow up on open issues to ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate closely with internal logistics and warehouse teams
Qualifications
Must Haves:
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
-Experience in transportation and/or customer service
-Excel proficiency
-Quick learner with a positive, adaptable attitude
Nice to Have:
-Bilingual (French/English)
-Familiarity with Power BI
-Prior experience supporting retail or logistics operations
