Responsibilities
- Triage of safety reports and other communications received and assignment to the appropriate category or resource.
- Case creation and data entry in the global safety database.
- First-line case management by ensuring data completion and supporting documentation management.
- Contacting reporting clinics, relevant team members, or animal owners via telephone or electronic communication.
- Compliance with internal requirements on case processing and archiving.
- Management of financial support requests within established budgetary requirements and periodic processing of all pending payments.
- Maintenance of up-to-date product knowledge.
- Creating and submitting electronic weekly regulatory reports and supporting the creation of 6-month periodic safety update reports.
- Support of internal customers, such as Sales, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality Assurance.
- Planning and participating in regular team meetings.
