Responsibilities
- Gather and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and solution designs.
- Configure Dynamics 365 CE solutions using out-of-the-box functionality and low-code/no-code tools like Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Lead or support all phases of project implementation, including development, testing, data migration, and deployment.
- Develop training materials and deliver workshops for users, and provide post-go-live support to ensure smooth adoption.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and maintain project documentation, ensuring successful delivery of CRM initiatives on time and within scope.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
- Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) and proficiency with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Experience with CRM customization tools, Azure Integration Services, and deployment tools like Azure DevOps.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management, Software Engineering, or a related field. Relevant Dynamics or Agile/Scrum certifications are a strong asset.
