Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, configuration, and rollout of Dynatrace dashboards, alerts, and agents.
Partner with cross-functional teams to gather monitoring requirements and translate them into actionable dashboards.
Perform proactive health checks, event correlation, and root cause analysis to ensure seamless system performance.
Script and automate monitoring solutions (Python, Bash, Shell, etc.).
Provide technical mentorship and help build team expertise in Dynatrace.
Continuously optimize and document monitoring processes for scalability and reliability.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
Must-Have Skills:
2+ years of hands-on Dynatrace experience (dashboards, alert config, agent deployment, integrations).
Proven scripting ability in Python, Shell, or Bash.
Experience in a UNIX/Linux environment (Windows exposure a plus).
4–5 years overall IT experience (mid-level, not senior).
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Nice to Have:
Migration experience from Nagios or similar tools.
Exposure to Grafana, Splunk, Kibana, or Prometheus.
Banking/financial services industry experience.
Familiarity with cloud (AWS/Azure) and databases (PostgreSQL, SQL).
