Maintenance & Repair: Perform service, cleaning, and preventative maintenance on various M/LWD down-hole tools.
Technical Execution: Follow strict processes and procedures (Checklists, Dozuki) to assemble and disassemble tools.
Equipment Oversight: Conduct daily maintenance checks on shop equipment, including break-out machines, overhead cranes, and forklifts.
Documentation & Logistics: Manage tool inventory and document service records using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams).
Safety Leadership: Actively participate in all company safety programs to ensure a zero-incident work environment.

Education: Technical school certificate (or equivalent) is required; an Associate degree or higher is preferred.
Technical Literacy: Ability to read and understand both mechanical and electronic schematics.
Skills: * Proficiency with basic hand tools (Multimeter, power supplies, chain tongs, torque wrenches).
Basic computer skills and familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.
Soldering experience and a basic electronic service background are considered strong assets.
Attributes: High attention to detail is a "must," as well as the ability to handle repetitive, high-demand tasks with precision.
