Responsibilities
Your Impact on the Floor
As our go-to Electrical Specialist, you will be the brain behind the machinery. Your day-to-day will involve:
System Optimization: Installing, calibrating, and fine-tuning Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) to keep production lines humming.
Precision Diagnostics: Troubleshooting intricate electrical malfunctions and electronic controls to minimize downtime.
Preventative Strategy: Developing and executing rigorous maintenance programs to ensure equipment stays ahead of the curve.
Safety Integrity: Inspecting circuits, wiring, and shielding to ensure every volt complies with the highest safety standards and building codes.
Resource Management: Identifying needs for specialized electrical components and managing the procurement process to keep inventory ready.
Qualifications
What You Bring to the Team
Certified Professional: You hold a recognized Electrical Trade Certification. (442A or 309A)
Industry Veteran: You have 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
PLC Specialist: You have a deep, practical understanding of PLC systems—this is the core of what we do.
Technical Versatility: You’re comfortable navigating pneumatics, metal stamping presses, and heat treatment processes.
The Troubleshooter Mindset: You are a self-motivated problem solver who can work independently to resolve complex technical hurdles.
Bonus Points For:
Previous Automotive experience
Experience within the Powder Metal industry (specifically with sintering, grinding, or presses).
The resilience to thrive in a physically demanding, fast-paced industrial environment.
