We are currently seeking 2 Journeyperson Electricians (or Experienced Apprentices) to join a dynamic industrial team in the Acheson/Spruce Grove area. This is an initial 6-month contract with a strong potential for permanent hire for top performers who demonstrate safety leadership, strong technical skills, and a great team attitude.
If you excel at bending rigid conduit, have experience in panel shop assembly, and bring an energetic, team-first mindset to the shop floor, this role is for you!
Advantages
Competitive Hourly Pay:
- Journeyperson: $46.00 / hour (with wiggle room based on experience)
- 4th Year Apprentice: $36.80 / hour
- 3rd Year Apprentice: $32.20 / hour
- 2nd Year Apprentice: $27.60 / hour
- 1st Year Apprentice: $25.30 / hour
High Overtime Potential: Ample opportunity for extra hours on Fridays and Saturdays.
Great Work-Life Balance: Standard 4-day work week (Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM).

Responsibilities
Bending, running, and installing rigid conduit for industrial equipment units.
Wiring and assembling electrical panels within a high-tempo panel bay environment.
Reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Stepping up to take charge on tasks while strictly adhering to safety protocols.
Collaborating effectively with cross-functional trades and shop personnel to meet production deadlines.
Qualifications
Certification: Journeyperson Electrical Ticket preferred; registered Apprentices with strong panel and conduit experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Technical Expertise: Proven hands-on experience working with rigid conduit and panel building/assembly.
Mindset: Strong safety mindset with a proactive, step-up attitude.
Culture Fit: Excellent communication skills, outgoing personality, and a positive team player who gets along well with others.
Screening Requirements: Must be willing to complete Drug & Alcohol (D&A) testing and background screening.
