This is a full-time, straight day shift from Monday to Friday, with a competitive wage of $50/hour and weekly overtime. (after 40 hours)

Responsibilities
-Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics to determine work procedures for installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery.
-Install and commission controllers and other electrical equipment according to layout drawings.
-Fabricate and assemble parts, components, and equipment using a variety of hand and power tools, welding equipment, and cutting tools.
-Utilize hoisting and lifting devices such as cranes, jacks, and pulley chain blocks to safely position and move machinery during installation and repair.
-Inspect and diagnose equipment to detect irregularities, malfunctions, and perform root cause analysis.
-Troubleshoot and repair power transmission, hydraulic, pneumatic, and programmable logic control (PLC) systems.
-Adjust and repair machinery, replacing defective parts as needed.
-Operate machine tools like band saws, grinders, and drill presses to fabricate or modify parts for maintenance and overhauls.
-Perform routine and preventative maintenance including cleaning and lubrication of machinery.
Qualifications
-Strong knowledge of electrical and PLC systems.
-Mechanical skills
-Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.
-Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing circuit boards.
-Familiarity with mechanical, pneumatic, and pump systems.
-Knowledge of Electric Deposition methodology or similar technologies.
-Proficiency with a wide range of hand tools and measuring tools.
