We're hiring an experienced Electro-mechanical Technician for our E-Coating/Metal Parts operation in Scarborough.
This is a full-time, straight day shift from Monday to Friday, with a competitive wage up to $50/hour and weekly overtime.

Responsibilities
Advanced Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair complex electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Circuit Board Expertise: Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair circuit boards and electrical components.
PLC Systems: Work extensively with Allen Bradley and Studio 5000 PLCs.
Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret schematics and blueprints for installation and maintenance.
Fabrication: Fabricate and modify parts using a variety of tools and equipment.
Qualifications
6+ years of experience is a must
Expertise in Circuit Boards: Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair circuit board issues.
PLC Proficiency: Strong knowledge of PLC systems, particularly Allen Bradley and Studio 5000.
Technical Skills: Experience with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and pump systems.
E-Coating: Familiarity with Electric Deposition methodology or similar technologies is a significant asset.
Problem-Solving: Excellent root cause analysis skills.
