Pay Rate: $55 - $57/hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm
Overtime: Paid at 1.5x after 40 hours

Responsibilities
• Read, troubleshoot, and understand blueprints, diagrams, and schematics to determine work procedures prior to installation and for maintenance
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain power transmission, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and PLC
• Troubleshoot and fix circuit boards.
• Install controllers for electrical equipment according to layout drawings.
• Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and investigate irregularities and malfunctions
• Use hoisting and lifting devices (cranes, jacks, chain blocks) to position machinery and parts.
• Operate machine tools (band saw, grinders, drill press) to fabricate required parts.
• Assemble and disassemble fixed industrial machinery and equipment
Qualifications
• 8+ years of hands on experience as an electro-mechanical technician
• Expertise in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of complex electrical, mechanical, and PLC-controlled industrial equipment
• Able to read any circuit diagram and correlate to the actual work piece. + Troubleshoot and fix circuit boards (strong knowledge needed)
• Hands on experience with Mechanical, Pneumatic, and Pump systems
• Hands on Experience with hoisting and lifting devices (cranes, jacks, chain blocks
• Familiar with Electric Deposition methodology or similar technology.
