Responsibilities
• Operate electrostatic spray equipment to paint automotive parts.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning or masking according to specs.
• Adjust equipment settings for even coating and quality.
• Inspect finished parts for defects or imperfections.
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation.
• Meet daily production targets in the manufacturing and logistics department.
Qualifications
• 1-2 years of experience in electrostatic or industrial painting.
• High attention to detail for quality control.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Previous experience in an industrial or automotive setting.
• Reliable transportation to Aylmer, Ontario.
• Available for a 1-month contract.
