Responsibilities
1. High-Touch Client Support
- Serve as the primary liaison for a diverse portfolio of clients, providing empathetic, resourceful, and timely assistance.
- Resolve complex escalations by identifying root causes and navigating organizational barriers to find a "yes."
- Maintain a high standard of service that reflects our commitment to dignity and inclusion.
2. Program Evaluation & Improvement
- Regularly audit program workflows to identify bottlenecks or areas where client needs are not being met.
- Translate qualitative client feedback into actionable recommendations for the leadership team.
- Assist in the rollout of new initiatives, ensuring that internal systems are updated and optimized for efficiency.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
-Work seamlessly across departments (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Operations) to ensure program goals are aligned with broader organizational objectives.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, community partners, and vendors.

-Technical Skills: Proficiency in [CRM software, e.g., Salesforce], project management tools, and data reporting.
-Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to "read the room" and adapt your style to the audience.
