Responsibilities
Consultation & Advisory
Lead intake and discovery meetings with business partners to translate "fuzzy" goals into concrete, platform-enabled use cases.
Provide expert recommendations on platform suitability and best practices using the M365 ecosystem.
Partner with the Senior Manager to refine and improve enterprise consultation frameworks.
Enablement & Adoption
Design and deliver high-impact workshops, training sessions, and "brown-bags" to accelerate platform maturity.
Build and lead a robust Champions/Power-User network to foster grassroots adoption across the organization.
Coach business partners on how to use platform features confidently to meet their communication goals.
Strategy & Innovation
Contribute to the future-state platform roadmap and conduct innovation research.
Identify behavioral patterns and opportunities to improve global engagement practices.
Represent the platform vision consistently, ensuring seamless hand-offs to Analytics or Technology partners when necessary.
Qualifications
Must-Have Requirements:
Platform Expertise: Proven experience with Viva Engage (Yammer) or similar enterprise social platforms.
Internal Program Adoption: A track record of leading change initiatives and building enablement communities/champion networks for large groups.
High-Impact Communication: Exceptional facilitation skills and the ability to present with confidence to Senior Leadership.
Product Mindset: Previous product management capabilities with the ability to understand and represent a platform roadmap.
Strategic Background: Experience in corporate communications, social media strategy, or internal communications strategy.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Familiarity with interpreting basic adoption signals and analytics.
Experience supporting massive, enterprise-wide technology rollouts.
Strong familiarity with the broader M365 ecosystem.
Soft Skills:
Consultative Problem Solver: Ability to ask the right questions and translate business needs into simple, elegant digital solutions.
Proactive & Organized: A self-starter who works with urgency and can manage multiple stakeholder streams simultaneously.
Summary
his is a 12-month contract with a strong potential for extension or conversion to a permanent FTE role as the platform matures. You will be part of a vibrant 20+ person Employee Communications Platforms team, with a targeted start date of February 23rd. The role is based at 81 Bay Street and follows a hybrid schedule (1 day a week in-office, plus every fourth Friday).
The interview process is designed to be efficient but thorough, consisting of a two-round process via MS Teams:
First Round: 30-minute introductory interview + Case Study preparation.
Second Round: Comprehensive interview with the Manager and Senior Director.
