Responsibilities
- Providing input to the IS Infrastructure Support plans, roadmaps, standards and directions.
- Developing and implementing deliverables within the context of the IS Infrastructure Support plan.
- Ensuring the delivery of optimal results against appropriate performance metrics.
- Operational effectiveness and efficiency (e.g. productivity, quality, reliability, on-time delivery of products).
- Developing, implementing and reviewing the support processes to ensure compliance to policies, standards and regulatory requirements and to ensure mitigation of risk.
- Design and sizing an Azure Local solution for the enterprise
Qualifications
- 2 year post-secondary diploma or a 4-year post-secondary degree in IT Computing Science related field.
- 7 - 10 years of related experience in IT infrastructure.
- Skills and experience as a solution/system architect, working on or supporting infrastructure projects, familiarity with similar Subject Matter Expert support.
- Understanding of IT business continuity, security, and other risk assessment and optimization methodologies.
