Responsibilities
•Align IT strategy with business goals through collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders
•Develop and maintain enterprise architecture models, standards, and technology roadmaps
•Ensure systems and applications are integrated, secure, and aligned with architectural best practices
•Evaluate and rationalize the application portfolio to improve efficiency and reduce redundancy
•Provide architectural guidance across projects and support enterprise wide decision making
•Identify opportunities for modernization, automation, and process improvement
•Maintain architecture documentation, diagrams, and technical standards
•Assess emerging technologies and manage architectural risks and change impacts
•Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement and evolve architectural solutions
Qualifications
•Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, Enterprise Strategist, or similar senior architecture role
•Demonstrated ability to align technology strategy with business objectives in complex environments
•Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, methodologies, and best practices (e.g., TOGAF or equivalent)
•Experience developing enterprise roadmaps, architecture standards, and governance processes
•Broad understanding of business, application, data, and technology architecture domains
•Experience evaluating and rationalizing application portfolios and supporting modernization initiatives
•Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including working with executive leadership
•Experience collaborating with cross functional teams across business and IT environments
•Knowledge of security, risk, and compliance considerations within enterprise architecture
•Ability to work independently while leading strategic initiatives and influencing organizational change
