While based at the site near Geraldton, we are specifically looking for candidates in the Thunder Bay or Geraldton areas to support local employment with a 2 week on, 2 week off schedule.

Responsibilities
Training Delivery: Lead and execute simulator-based training programs for "green" and experienced operators, ensuring alignment with safety standards.
Technical Support: Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair simulator hardware and software to ensure maximum uptime and operational readiness.
Data & Reporting: Gather and analyze performance data to identify training needs, providing detailed daily and end-of-shift reports to stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement: Update workflows and training protocols to integrate new technologies seamlessly into existing mining operations.
Qualifications
Experience: 7+ years (ideally) of experience in mining operations (e.g., Instructor, Trainer, Heavy Equipment Operator, or Engineering)
Technical Skills: High technical aptitude with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and familiarity with training technologies.
Communication: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to manage professional relationships with site leadership.
