A Federal Government client requires a Level 3 ERP Functional Analyst to lead the technical implementation of an enhanced Warehouse Management (WM) solution. Responsibilities
a) Provide detailed advice and guidance regarding the implementation of Warehouse Management
and enhancements to Inventory Management and Order Management (migrations, onboarding
and related tasks); such as but not limited to identifying areas where existing business processes
can be improved, providing advice on industry best practices;
b) Prepare the relevant project documentation, including migrations, onboarding, and related tasks.
This involves presenting options, developing application functional strategies, planning and
estimating the work required for implementing or enhancing the following modules:
(i) Warehouse Management;
(ii) Supply Chain Management;
(iii) Bill of Materials;
(iv) Order Management;
(v) Inventory, and;
(vi) Manufacturing;
c) Participate in problem analysis monitoring and resolution;
d) Assist with application configuration, functional analysis, data conversion, testing relating to the
implementation of Warehouse Management and enhancements to Inventory Management and
Order Management modules;
e) Develop and document ERP functional, business and/or systems requirements specifications in
preparation for the implementation of Warehouse Management and enhancements to Inventory
Management and Order Management;
f) Assist in development and execution of test plans;
g) Assist in development and testing of various reports and functionality;
h) Develop procedures and documentation
i) Participate in weekly status meetings of the functional team;
j) Attend weekly status meeting of the functional and technical team, as scheduled; and
k) Provide related briefings and status reports to management.
Qualifications
Education: Graduation from a two-year post-secondary program in Computer Science, IT, Information Management, or a related specialty.
General Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of professional experience as defined in the TBIPS Supply Arrangement for this category.
Functional Expertise: At least 8 years of functional experience within the last 15 years developing, delivering, and supporting Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
Large-Scale Environment: Minimum of 3 years of functional experience in a decentralized organization with at least 1,000 users.
Supply Chain Specialization: At least 3 years of experience specifically evaluating and re-engineering functional business processes in supply chain management.
Project History: Successful completion of at least 3 projects (minimum 6 months each) involving the development and delivery of new or enhanced functionality in Oracle EBS/Fusion logistics or warehouse management modules.
Security & Language: Valid Reliability Status security clearance and fluency in English.
