A Federal Government client requires a Level 3 ERP Programmer Analyst to lead the technical implementation of an enhanced Warehouse Management (WM) solution. The primary goal is to replace aging legacy systems with a streamlined, integrated Oracle-based Supply Chain Management solution within the existing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) V12.2 environment. Responsibilities
a) Project documentation, specifically: presenting options, application architectural strategies, work
plans and timelines, migration plans, onboarding plans for the implementation of Warehouse
Management and enhancements to Inventory Management and Order Management.
b) Documentation on implemented modifications and programming support provided for the
development, implementation and integration and maintenance of IM/IT infrastructure systems
and operations for the implementation of Warehouse Management and enhancements to
Inventory Management and Order Management, including:
(i) Native Oracle patches and custom objects (interfaces, triggers, personalisation’s etc.)
implemented or modified;
(ii) Created and modified software code of existing Oracle EBS V12.2 systems based on
business requirements;
(iii) Created and modified screens and reports based on business requirements;
(iv) Testing plans and results for the above mentioned;
(v) Listing of Oracle support and Cluster Group patches recommended for review and tested;
(vi) Listing of modified code components packaged for release;
(vii) Documentation on review completed for completeness of packaged releases;
(viii) Test data set up and used for testing;
(ix) Technical support for clients during testing;
(x) Scripts for ad-hoc queries and ad-hoc extracts as per client’s requests.
(xi) List of Service Requests created in Oracle metalink and the diagnostic outputs.
c) Test plans for integration testing and record results.
d) Implementation and migration plan for the implementation of Warehouse Management and
enhancements to Inventory Management and Order Management.
e) Post migration lessons learned documents.
f) Post project knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of professional experience as an ERP Programmer Analyst.
Education: Graduation from a two-year post-secondary program in Computer Science, IT, Information Management, or a related relevant specialty.
Core Technical Expertise: At least 8 years of cumulative experience (within the last 15 years) in programming and coding for Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications.
Complex Environments: Minimum of 3 years of experience (within the last 15 years) supporting ERP applications in a decentralized organization with at least 1,000 users.
Module Specialization: Proven history of completing at least 3 projects (minimum 6 months each) focused on reviewing Oracle patches and modifying code for at least two Supply Chain Management modules (e.g., Warehouse Management, Order Management, or Inventory).
Security & Language: Must hold a valid Reliability Status security clearance and be fluent in English.
