Responsibilities
Event & Travel Coordination:
Plan and coordinate logistics for tradeshows, customer events, and hospitality experiences.
Manage travel arrangements, accommodations, and on-site event requirements for delegates and staff.
Liaise with vendors, venues, and service providers to ensure seamless execution.
Track event timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Sales Support:
Coordinate and distribute sales kits, samples, and collateral.
Assist with the preparation of client presentations and event materials.
Track and manage customer requests related to events and promotions.
Marketing Support:
Collaborate with the US marketing team to adapt and localize marketing materials.
Support the execution of promotional campaigns.
Maintain internal asset libraries and ensure brand compliance.
Administrative & Cross-Functional Tasks:
Manage vendor relationships for promotional materials and event needs.
Maintain detailed records of events and travel logistics.
Provide general administrative support to sales and marketing as required.
Qualifications
2+ years in event coordination, hospitality operations, travel planning, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Collaborative mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Ability to travel, valid passport
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in foodservice, hospitality, or tableware industries.
Exposure to CRM systems or event management software.
Post-secondary education in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
