Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support including filing, scanning, data entry, and general clerical tasks
- Assist the team team with drafting and maintaining basic contract documents and correspondence
- Maintain and update the company’s contract database with accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and team calendars
- Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Manage competing priorities and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Support internal process improvement and maintain a high standard of operational excellence
- Perform other administrative duties as required
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced business setting
- Formal education or relevant experience in Administration is required in this role
- Clear interest in growing a long-term career in administration
- Familiarity with legal terminology or experience supporting a legal team is a strong asset
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
- High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with virtual collaboration tools
