Responsibilities
Client Communication: Efficiently and professionally answer phone calls, serving as a primary point of contact.
Trade Processing: Accurately process incoming trade instructions and other client requests.
Account Administration: Handle the full cycle of client account management, including opening new accounts and preparing detailed, compliant application packages.
Data Management: Update and maintain client information across various internal systems with a high degree of accuracy.
Executive Support: Provide general administrative support to the broader team, which may include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, processing expense reports, and drafting correspondence.
Compliance & Diligence: Apply appropriate due diligence and ensure all documentation (reports, presentations, etc.) is prepared accurately and promptly.
Qualifications
MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:
Attention to detail
Strong computer skills
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
IR License (Investment Representative)
NICE-TO-HAVE
CIRO (Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization) certification.
CPH (Conduct and Practices Handbook) certification.
