Responsibilities
- Assisting the team with Calendar Management, ensuring no overlap of meetings and that all party members are included in invitations.
- Arranging travel for senior leadership, ensuring all aspects of work trips are meticulously planned.
- Taking accurate meeting minutes and maintaining comprehensive records of information.
- Organizing documents and reports for Executives.
- Reviewing contracts with global clients and updating them as required with correct information.
- Updating records of contracts for accounts where expirations might come up for renewal.
- Staying up to date with industry-relevant information.
Qualifications
- A keen eye for detail and ability to stay well-organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to stay ahead of deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Executive Assistance, with exposure to Contract Agreements being an asset.
- Professionalism and ability to approach conversations with ease.
- Ability to operate effectively in a Sales-Driven environment.
