This is a contract opportunity for 2 months with the ability to go longer! The pay rate for this role is quite competitive and the position does offer the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings across multiple time zones, resolving conflicts and ensuring preparedness.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Act as a liaison, prioritize communications, and respond to inquiries for the executive.
- Provide comprehensive meeting support, including preparing materials, taking minutes, and organizing logistics.
- Maintain physical and digital files, ensuring confidentiality and efficient document management.
- Process expense reports, track budgets, and reconcile corporate credit cards accurately and timely.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in executive or administrative support, ideally with senior management experience.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating professionalism.
- Proven ability to maintain high discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams).
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with sound judgment.
