In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner and operational anchor to enabling the company to focus on coordinating and assisting with various tasks across the enterprise.
This role will be working primarily at the clients location in Cambridge, ON, but will require occasional travel to Toronto, ON.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support - including booking meetings, travel arrangements, and providing communications on behalf of leaders and managers.
- Manage correspondence within executive administrative team related to meetings/events.
- Be the first point of contact for issues related to schedules, meetings, vendors supporting meetings etc.
- Coordinate and assist with catering for internal/external meetings across enterprise – with a requirement to be in office most days including the Toronto location on occasion.
- Provide administrative support to the senior Executive Assistant with any tasks that require assistance.
- Assist with internal/external events where needed across the company.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of demonstrable experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, preferably within a fast-paced corporate organization.
- Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Proven track record of handling highly confidential information with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
- A self-starter who takes initiative, anticipates needs, identifies problems, and proposes solutions with minimal oversight.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment, adapting to changing priorities and tight deadlines with a positive attitude.
- Strong ability to build rapport, influence without authority, and collaborate effectively with diverse personalities and work styles.
