Responsibilities
Calendar Mastery: Take full ownership of a very busy executive calendar, prioritizing meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts before they happen.
Travel Coordination: Handle all travel arrangements and logistics, ensuring the executive is prepared for trips from start to finish.
Communication Flow: Manage incoming emails and professional correspondence, acting as a polished gatekeeper.
Financial Admin: Efficiently process expense reports and track departmental costs.
Presentations: Utilize your PowerPoint skills to help polish or create deck materials for important meetings.
Ad-hoc Support: Provide occasional assistance outside of standard hours only when urgent travel issues arise.
Qualifications
Professionalism: You carry yourself with poise and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Discretion: You are accustomed to handling highly confidential and sensitive information with total integrity.
Technical Savvy: Proficient in MS Office, particularly Outlook and PowerPoint.
Adaptability: You can pivot quickly when priorities change and stay calm under pressure.
Reliability: You are looking for a long-term home where your organizational skills truly make a difference.
