Weâre looking for candidates with 2+ years of hands-on experience operating and supporting PLC-controlled equipment in an industrial setting. As a production clerk, youâll play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient production of high-quality finished goods while following all GMP đ§Œ and Health & Safety đĄïž protocols.

Responsibilities
â
Help start, run, and shut down production lines by making sure safety rules are followed and paperwork is complete
đ Update records during changeovers and enter the correct production dates based on current work orders
đ» Use computers and labeling systems to enter information and check that labels are correct
âïž Report any machine problems or stops and let the right people know so they can fix it quickly
đ§Œ Keep cleaning and maintenance records up to date, and tell the right team if extra cleaning or repairs are needed
đ Report any food safety or quality issues to the right supervisor right away
đ§ Help with other simple tasks in production as asked by the supervisor or team lead
Qualifications

Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
đ Willing to learn and apply Manufacturing Best Practices to support continuous improvement
â° Flexible availability, including overtime and occasional weekend shifts as needed
đ€ Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
đŻ Committed to a âRight First Timeâ quality mindset
đ Demonstrates initiative, follows directions, and executes plans efficiently
đ§ Possesses technical aptitude; a technical background is considered an asset
đĄïž Consistently practices safe work habits and displays a strong work ethic
đ„ Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
đ Familiar with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to cleaning, startup, safety, operations, and Critical Quality Points (CQP)
