As a Plastic Extruder, you will be a key player in the manufacturing & logistics process, ensuring that products are created to exact specifications. This role offers a competitive starting rate of $22.00+ per hour, plus a $1.50 afternoon shift premium. With monthly rotations between days and afternoons, you can enjoy a schedule that offers variety while maintaining full-time stability.

Responsibilities
• Set up and operate extruding machines to produce plastic composite products.
• Change dies on machines according to production line changes.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform minor repairs to maintain production flow.
• Monitor the quality of all materials produced to ensure high manufacturing & logistics standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
• Document production data and report any equipment malfunctions.
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
• Technical aptitude for operating machinery in a manufacturing & logistics environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail for quality control.
• Ability to follow technical drawings and production orders.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in plastic or profile extrusion.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing & logistics facility.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Flexibility to work the monthly day/afternoon shift rotation.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
