We are looking for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy working with tools, machinery, and building tangible products. You don’t need a background in plastics or pipe manufacturing to succeed here. If you have experience fixing equipment, repairing machinery, or performing hands-on mechanical work, we want to talk to you.

Pipefitting / Plumbing
Welding & Metal Fabrication
Small Engine or Equipment Repair
Automotive or Heavy Truck Mechanics
Construction Trades / Framing
Farming / Heavy Equipment Operation
Industrial Labour or General Manufacturing

Responsibilities
Fabricate: Cut, fit, and assemble HDPE pipe components using shop equipment.
Tool Operation: Use saws, drills, chainsaws, and various hand tools.
Precision: Read basic drawings and take accurate measurements (training provided).
Quality Control: Monitor fabrication processes to ensure accuracy and high standards.
Logistics: Move materials and finished products using forklifts (training provided).
Safety: Maintain an organized workspace and strictly follow safety and LEAN/5S procedures.
Qualifications
Mechanical Aptitude: A natural comfort with tools, machinery, and mechanical equipment.
Technical Skills: Experience with band saws, drill presses, or general shop tools.
Detail-Oriented: The ability to read a tape measure precisely and take pride in your workmanship.
Reliability: A strong work ethic and a dependable work history.
Team Player: Able to work independently while contributing to a larger team goal.
