We are currently recruiting for an Facilities Administrator in the Burlington area. This full-time, 1 month contract position with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will be an individual who has the enjoys interacting with people at all levels of an organization. Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail is required for this position. They will be professional, hard-working and diligent, as well as willing to support the team with a variety of tasks.

Advantages
• 1 month contract with the possibility of extension
• Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5:00pm
• Fully in office
• $21 - $24/ hour based on experience
Responsibilities
• Book travel arrangements for technicians; including hotels and vehicles
• Update internal fleet tracking in excel
• Order supplies
• Respond to inquiries and requests from the Scheduling Team
• Communicate with internal partners, such as operations and sales teams
• Reconcile credit card expenses and ensure they are accurate
• Receive, process, and deliver inbound and outbound, mail, and packages.
• Additional administrative duties as requested
Qualifications
• Experience in administration, executive assistant or coordination
• Fleet experience would be an asset
• Knowledge of MS Office including Excel
• Abilitiy to work independently and proactively
