Responsibilities
The Facilities Clerk will be responsible for:
- Greeting visitors at reception and helping navigate visitors to washrooms/ lunchroom/ meeting rooms
- Maintaining overall tidiness of the office, including washrooms
- Ensuring dishwashers are started at the end of each day
- Replenishing inventory, including coffee machines and maintaining coffee supply levels
- Assisting with shipments and deliveries
- Sorting mail and other mailroom activities
- This role will include a lot of bending, walking, lifting (under 40 lbs)
Qualifications
- 1-2 years' experience working as a day porter or within an administrative capacity
- Strong ability to prioritize, organize and multitask
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of reliability and consistency
- Must commit to working in the office on the dates mentioned above
- Must have reliable transportation to commute
