In this exciting role, you'll work closely with the various departments to facilitate and ensure data integrity and process accuracy within the firm's internal systems. This role involves processing job requests, maintaining firm data, and supporting colleagues with best practices. It requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a client-service mindset.
This is a solid 6 months contract and you will be working with one of the finest firms in North America

Responsibilities
Organize and compile policy documents for both personal and commercial insurance lines, including attaching relevant forms, endorsements, marketing materials, and policy wordings for clients and brokers.
Sort and prepare outgoing mail for broker partners, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Attach and send account summaries related to direct billing to customers and brokers.
Respond to document retrieval requests from underwriting staff and agents, ensuring timely follow-up and confirmation of actions taken.
Perform routine clerical and administrative duties as scheduled.
Support manual mail processing tasks within the assembly unit when necessary.
Assist with inventory and ordering of mailroom and office supplies as required.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma required
1–2 years of office or administrative experience (an asset)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable with computers and learning new systems
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/sit for extended periods
Previous experience in printing or document collation (an asset)
